Wounded in left hip at Seven Days Fight near Richmond, Va. 6/20/1862. Wounded in left shoulder (back) and right leg (ankle) at Cedar Creek. Va. 10/19/1864. Absent, wounded, 11/7/1864. (Born in Ga. in 1831.) Filed a CSA pension application in Fulton Co. in 1895. Became a physician after the war in Atlanta. Born 9/26/1831. Died 10/1/1909, buried Nancy Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, DeKalb Co., Ga. Obituary in Atlanta Constitution - 10/2/1909.
