Fletcher, Richard H. - Pvt Elected Captain 12/12/1864.Admitted to Stuart Hos Rich, VA 2/9/1865, and furloughed for 30 days 3/29/1865. Murdered 5/11/1869. Previously served in the 31st Georgia Regiment, transferred to 38th Georgia to serve as Captain of Company K.
