Henry, William Robert - 2d Sgt. 9/26/1861. Elected 1st Lt. November 1862. Wounded in left leg, necessitating amputation below knee, at Fredericksburg, Va. 12/13/1862. Resigned October 6 or 16, 1863. (Died at Ellenwood, Ga. 4/12/1908.)

Filed a CSA pension application in Clayton Co., Ga in 1889, stated he was a resident of Ga. since Jan 31st, 1840. Shot through the ankle joint with a Minié ball at the battle of Fredericksburg, left leg amputated five inches below the knee.
